Speedy Taco Wings
Get out lots of napkins because these wings are "finger-lickin' good!" Preparation is less than a half hour from the time you take the chicken out of the refrigerator to the time you sit down to relish these remarkable tidbits. For those who want to bump up the heat a degree or two, add a little extra cayenne and chili powder to the mix.
Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
20 pieces disjointed chicken wings
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning mix
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/4 teaspoon Frontier Cajun Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
20 pieces disjointed chicken wings

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil an 8-x11-inch baking dish.
Pour the oil into a self-seal bag. Add the chicken pieces, seal the bag, and push the pieces around until they're evenly coated with oil.
Add the taco seasoning mix, cayenne pepper, cajun seasoning, and chili powder to another self-seal bag.
Remove the oil-coated chicken pieces from their bag and add them to the seasoning bag; push (or shake) the pieces around until they're evenly coated with the dry mix. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
Bake the wings at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until the chicken pieces are cooked through and the tops are beginning to brown.
