Sesame Wonton Wedges
These are a cinch to make and taste great plain or dipped into hummus or baba ghanoush (eggplant dip). You'll find it hard to believe they contain almost no fat. You can multiply the recipe easily. Wonton wrappers are available in most supermarkets.
Ingredients
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
30 wonton wrappers, cut in half diagonally
0 nonstick cooking spray

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix sesame seeds, garlic powder, salt, and paprika in small bowl. Place wonton triangles on baking sheets, and lightly spray them with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over triangles.
Bake 4 minutes, or until crisp and golden. Transfer to wire rack and let cool completely. Store in airtight container for up to 7 days.
