Classic Eggs Benedict

Ingredients
4 tablespoons Organic Valley Unsalted Butter
1 cup Organic Valley Low-Fat Milk
1 package Simply Organic Hollandaise Sauce Mix
3  toasted and split English muffins
6  {Organic Valley Eggs}, poached
6  Organic Valley Ham
Directions
In a medium saucepan, melt butter on low heat. Whisk in milk, then Simply Organic Hollandaise Sauce Mix. Bring to boil, whisking constantly. Boil until desired thickness is reached.

Plate English muffin halves, top each with a slice of ham and a poached egg, and top with 2 1/2 tablespoons sauce.
