Turkey Casserole

1 cup egg noodles, cooked and drained
3/4 pound cooked and diced turkey
1 cup fresh, canned, or frozen and thawed peas
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
1 package Simply Organic Roasted Turkey Gravy Mix
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a 2- or 3-quart casserole dish, spread out egg noodles, then layer the turkey and peas.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine water, sour cream and Gravy Mix. Pour over noodles, turkey and peas, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

Cover and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

Let sit 5 minutes and serve.
