Quick Pickles

1  sliced cucumber
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup apple cider or  white wine vinegar
1/3 cup Frontier Organic Cane Sugar
1 tablespoon Simply Organic Minced Onion
1 tablespoon {Simply Organic Grind to a Salt Seasoning}, whole
1/2 tablespoon {Simply Organic Grind to a Salt Seasoning}, coarsely ground
Place cucumber slices in a heat-resistant container with airtight lid (approximately 3 to 4 cups capacity). Pour water and vinegar over slices. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add onions and seasonings. Stir and refrigerate overnight.
