Quick Pickles

Ingredients
1  sliced cucumber
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup apple cider or  white wine vinegar
1/3 cup cane sugar
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 tablespoon {Simply Organic Grind to a Salt Seasoning}, whole
1/2 tablespoon Simply Organic Grind to a Salt Seasoning, coarsely ground
Directions
Place cucumber slices in a heat-resistant container with airtight lid (approximately 3 to 4 cups capacity). Pour water and vinegar over slices. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Add onions and seasonings. Stir and refrigerate overnight.
