Spicy Grilled Steak

2 teaspoons ground paprika
3/4 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/4 teaspoon ground red {cayenne pepper}
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1  clove garlic, cut in half
4  sirloin tip steaks, about 6 ounces each
Prepare grill or broiler.

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub cut side of garlic over both sides of steaks. Rub spice mixture into both sides of meat. Grill or broil steaks 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium-done meat.
