Sour Cream Frosting

2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon Frontier Organic Vanilla Extract
Cook sugar and cream in saucepan until it begins to gather together. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Let stand until cooled. Beat with electric mixer until it turns light and fluffy, and then use to frost.
