Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
2 cups water
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon Simply Organic Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 cup long-grain brown rice
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine water, oil and Lemon Pepper Seasoning. Add rice and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook until rice is tender (about 45 minutes for brown rice).
