Meat & Seafood Rubbed Steak

 

You will need:

  • 6 ounces steak of choice
  • 3/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Meat & Seafood Rub

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill on high heat.
  2. Season both sides of steak with Meat & Seafood Rub.
  3. Grill for 6-8 minutes, flipping steak halfway through. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees (for medium doneness). See below for steak internal temperature for your desired doneness. 

Rare: 120–125°F, with a cool red center and juicy texture

Medium rare: 130–135°F, with a warm red center and a nice brown crust

Medium: 140–145°F, with a warm pink center and a slightly firmer texture

Medium well: 150–155°F, with a mostly brown center and a firm texture

Well done: 160–165°F, with no pink color, a very firm texture, and much drier 


Meat & Seafood Rubbed Salmon

 

You will need:

Directions:

  1. Coat salmon fillets evenly on both sides with Meat & Seafood Rub.
  2. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil and place salmon in skillet.
  3. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.

Meat & Seafood Rubbed Shrimp

 

You will need:

Directions:

  1. Coat shrimp evenly with Meat & Seafood Rub.
  2. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil and place shrimp in skillet.
  3. Cook, flipping occasionally, for 4-5 minutes, until shrimp is pink and opaque.

Meat & Seafood Rubbed Chicken

 

You will need:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper.
  2. Season both sides of chicken with Meat & Seafood Rub.
  3. Bake chicken on sheet tray for 20-25 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
