Our Well Earth sustainable sourcing program, started in 2007, is still going strong — adding supplier partners, increasing the volume of our products sourced through the program and helping grower communities around the world. We create true partnerships with the growers and communities who supply our products through the Well Earth program.

Guatemala Dental Clinic

With the help of about $50,000 in donations from Frontier, our Well Earth co-op supplier Fedecovera expanded their dental services into a new clinic with new equipment and an additional dentist. The clinic in Coban, Guatemala, services 25,000 people (growers and their families) who are part of 41 independent farmer co-ops organized under the larger Fedecovera co-op.

Our Growers Well Being Community Nourishment Sustainability

Well Being Spices: Organic Vanilla Bean, Organic Vanilla Extract Country: Madagascar We source our premium-quality organic Bourbon vanilla beans from a group made up of thousands of small growers in Madagascar, who grow, hand-pollinate, and cure the beans. Through our Well Earth program, we were able to help dig 49 wells in 38 of our vanilla-farming communities.
