Cherry Bomb Garden Salsa

This fresh garden salsa explodes with exciting heat, bright cherry tomatoes, pungent cumin and smoked paprika. This recipe can serve as the foundation for a fresh salsa, but you should improvise as you see fit. Ingredients:
- 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Black Peppercorns 2.08 oz.
- 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Alder Smoked Salt Grinder 3.17 oz.
- 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Smoked Ground Paprika 1.87 oz.
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Frontier Ground Cumin Seed 1.87 oz.
- 1 quart cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 small to medium white onion, chopped
- 1 jalepeno, chopped
- 2 serrano peppers, chopped
- 1/4 bunch fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1/4 lime
- Other spice blends of your choosing, to taste
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, onions and peppers. Alternatively, cut onion and peppers into large chunks and pulse in a food processor or pulse chopper to desired size. Transfer to mixing bowl.
2. Add cilantro and squeeze in lime juice.
3. Grind peppercorns onto mixture. Add salt and remaining spices and stir to combine. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Enjoy!
