Frontier Balti Curry Seasoning is an organic blend of over a dozen spices for making genuine Balti curries, a type of curry served in a thin, pressed-steel wok called a "Balti bowl." Potatoes, eggs, sweet pickle relish and mayonnaise play well against the robust flavor of Balti curry in this well-spiced potato salad. Serve as a side dish or add meat to the mix for a complete meal solution.

  • 2 teaspoons Frontier Organic Balti Curry Seasoning 1.8 oz.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Table Grind Sea Salt 5 lb
  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Medium Grind Black Pepper 1.80 oz.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Balti Curry Seasoning 1.8 oz.
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 pounds potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced


1. In a large mixing bowl, place potatoes, eggs, onion, and pickle relish.
2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Curry Seasoning, salt, and pepper until fully combined. Add to the large bowl and carefully fold mayonnaise mixture into potato mixture.
3. Once combined, top with the sliced egg, and sprinkle pepper and Curry Seasoning on top.
4. Chill in refrigerator for an hour before serving.

Add celery or more onion for extra flavor.

Add cooked meat for a complete meal solution.

To kick up the heat, add more Balti Seasoning.
