Dill and salmon go together like peanut butter and jelly. The aromatic, sweet-citrusy taste of dill adds a unique nuance to buttery, flaky salmon, giving each bite well-rounded flavor.

  • 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Organic Cut & Sifted Dill Weed 0.71 oz.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Onion Powder 2.10 oz.
  • 1/8 teaspoon Frontier Organic Medium Grind Black Pepper 1.80 oz.
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • heavy duty aluminum foil
  • 1 pound salmon fillets


1. Prepare grill.
2. Combine all ingredients except fish in a bowl and set aside. Arrange salmon in a tray made of heavy-duty foil with 1-inch sides.
3. Spread butter mixture over fillets. Place salmon on grill over hot coals. Cover lightly with foil and cook about 15 minutes, until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
