Rice with Shiitake

A protein-filled take on cooked rice, this recipe features the meaty texture of shiitake mushrooms. Serve this side dish as is or add vegetables or meat for a more well rounded meal.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Organic Ground Sage Leaf 0.80 oz.
- 1 cup Frontier Whole Shiitake Mushroom 8 oz.
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 cups cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)
Directions:
1. Sauté onion and shiitake in butter for 15 minutes.
2. Add rice and sage and cook until rice is thoroughly warmed.
