  • 2 teaspoons Frontier Organic Ground Paprika 2.10 oz.
  • 3/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Ground Sage Leaf 0.80 oz.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Ground Cayenne Chili Pepper 1.70 oz.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Organic Medium Grind Black Pepper 1.80 oz.
  • 1 clove garlic, cut in half
  • 4 sirloin tip steaks, about 6 ounces each


1. Prepare grill or broiler.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub cut side of garlic over both sides of steaks. Rub spice mixture into both sides of meat. Grill or broil steaks 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium-done meat.
