Spicy Herbed Chicken Fingers

Hand-breading is a fun way to add a zesty crunch to your baked chicken fingers. Breaded with bran cereal and bread crumbs and seasoned with paprika and herbes de Provence, this spicy herbed chicken strip recipe can be served as is, with a dipping sauce, or sliced and tossed with salad.

Place buttermilk in a shallow pan. Mix the paprika, spices, cheese, bran cereal and bread crumbs in an additional shallow pan. Dip the chicken strips first in the buttermilk and then the crumb mixture and place on baking sheet.

Depending on the size of the strips, bake in 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Chicken strips will be crunchy and golden red brown!
