Frontier® Tomato Powder is dehydrated tomatoes and come in powder form. These convenient tomatoes add depth and zest to recipes like soups, pastas, pizzas, vegetable dishes, stews and salads. Can be used as a replacement for sun-dried tomatoes and works great to thicken pizza and spaghetti sauces.
Directions
To make paste: Combine 3/4 cup tomato powder with 2 cups water. To make sauce: Combine 1/2 cup tomato powder with 2 cups water. To make juice: Combine 1/8 cup tomato powder with 2 cups water. Yield: 2 cups.Suggested Uses
