1/2 teaspoonFrontier Co-op Sea Salt, Table Grind 5 lb.
2 tablespoonsFrontier Co-op Paprika, Smoked, Ground 1.87 oz.
1 pound baby gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1/2 medium yellow onion, peeled and coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with onion, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder and sea salt.
3. Spread potatoes in a singly layer on a sheet ray. Place in the oven and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway through, until they are golden and tender.
