Pepper black medium grind org -

Parsley c/s organic -

Thyme leaf organic -

Cane Sugar, Organic 5# FT -
1 teaspoon
Himalayan Pink Salt Grinder -
1 1/2 pounds fresh plum tomatoes (or your favorite other red variety), diced

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese

16 ounces pasta, prepared per package directions

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add tomatoes, salt, garlic granules and black pepper, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, until tomatoes are soft.
2. Remove from heat and slowly stir in cream. Stir in parsley, oregano, thyme, sugar and Parmesan cheese. Return to stove and simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Toss with your favorite cooked pasta and enjoy!
For a smoother sauce, blend tomato mixture in a blender before adding the heavy cream.
