- 1 tablespoon Frontier Organic Ground Korintje Cinnamon 1.90 oz.
- 1 ripe pineapple
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 limes
1. Prepare the pineapple remove the ends from the pineapple then carefully remove the outer edges. Cut the pineapple into quarters, lengthwise, and cut the core off of each quarter. Finally, cut each pineapple quarter into slice into ½” thick slices.
2. Place the pineapple in a bowl or shallow pan and sprinkle with the coconut sugar and cinnamon. Toss to coat the pineapple.
3. Light the grill to medium-high heat and add the pineapple. Cook until the pineapple is charred then flip and repeat. Remove the pineapple from the heat and drizzle with fresh lime juice before serving.
You can replace the coconut sugar with brown sugar.
