1 ripe pineapple
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op Korintje Cinnamon
1. Remove ends from pineapple, then carefully remove outer edges. Cut pineapple into quarters, lengthwise, and cut core off of each quarter. Finally, cut each pineapple quarter into ½” thick slices.
2. In a bowl or shallow pan, add pineapple and sprinkle with coconut sugar and cinnamon. Toss to coat.
3. Light grill and heat to medium-high. Add pineapple, using a grill grate if needed, and cook until pineapple is charred; flip and repeat. Remove pineapple from heat and drizzle with fresh lime juice before serving.
The coconut sugar can be replaced with brown sugar if you prefer, but will yield a slightly different taste.
