Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Cane Sugar, Organic 5#
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder Org. Japanese
- 1 pinch Fine Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract 2oz.
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable or peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Directions

1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients except powdered sugar. Mix together with a fork. 2. Add milk, oil and vanilla extract and mix with a fork until smooth. 3. Fill mugs half-way. Microwave each cup individually on high for 90 seconds. 4. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
