Ingredients

FOR THE TOFU:
2 tablespoons olive oil
8 ounces firm tofu
1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Turmeric
½ teaspoon Frontier Co-op Cumin
½ teaspoon Frontier Co-op Garlic Granules
½ teaspoon Frontier Co-op Sea Salt
FOR THE WRAPS:
4 large flour tortillas
½ cup hummus
4 cups loosely packed shredded lettuce
1 cup sliced cucumber
½ cup sliced red onion
½ cup shredded carrots
Directions
- In a 10-inch skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. Using your hands, crumble tofu into pan and add turmeric, cumin, garlic and sea salt. Cook, stirring, for about 6 to 8 minutes until tofu doesn’t look as moist. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Warm tortillas. Spread about 2 tablespoons of hummus in center of each tortilla and top with one-fourth of the tofu, lettuce, cucumbers, onions and carrots. Roll, tucking in sides as you go, to form a tight wrap. Slice in half. Repeat with remaining wraps, and serve.
