Dry rubs provide a fast, flavorful coating for all kinds of meats -- and this rub is no exception. Sprinkled with rosemary, thyme, garlic, black pepper and a hint of lemon peel, this meat rub offers an earthy, herby and robust nuance to each succulent bite.


  • 1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Rosemary 

    1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Thyme 

    1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Garlic Powder

    1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Sea Salt

    1/8 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Black Pepper

    1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Lemon Peel 


    1. Rub rosemary and thyme between palms into a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

    2. Rub onto outside of meat before cooking.



    The longer you leave it on, the stronger the flavor; if you like, rub into meat an hour or so before cooking and then refrigerate the meat.
