Cajun Spinach Dip

Creamy with a pop of Cajun flavor , this spinach dip makes a perfect party starter. Serve in a bread bowl and garnish with cheese, carrot curls, parsley or cucumber slices for an attractive and healthy dip.


  • 2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op Spinach Flakes

  • 2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op Cajun Seasoning

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 24 wheat wafers (Triscuits)


    1. Reconstitute spinach flakes (or may use fresh chopped spinach).

    2. Meanwhile, mix Cajun Seasoning with cream cheese until creamy smooth. Add drained spinach flakes and mix thoroughly.

    3. Spread on wafers. Serve open-faced at room temperature.

    Garnish with shredded cheese, carrot curls, parsley, cucumber slices, or tomato tidbits.

    Serve in a bread bowl.
