1. Reconstitute spinach flakes (or may use fresh chopped spinach).
2. Meanwhile, mix Cajun Seasoning with cream cheese until creamy smooth. Add drained spinach flakes and mix thoroughly.
3. Spread on wafers. Serve open-faced at room temperature.
Garnish with shredded cheese, carrot curls, parsley, cucumber slices, or tomato tidbits.
Serve in a bread bowl.
