Ingredients

1 1/4 teaspoons Frontier Co-op Garam Masala

1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Ground Yellow Mustard Seed

1 pound dried navy beans

1 medium onion, sliced

3 teaspoons cider vinegar

2 cups stewed tomatoes

1 1/2 cups water
-
1/2 cup molasses
Directions
1. Wash beans, cover with water and soak overnight. Drain beans. Mix rest of ingredients with the beans and put in crock pot.
2. Cook on high for 2 hours, then on low for 8 hours.
