  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Frontier Co-op Garam Masala

  • 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Ground Yellow Mustard Seed

  • 1 pound dried navy beans

  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 3 teaspoons cider vinegar

  • 2 cups stewed tomatoes

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1/2 cup molasses


    1. Wash beans, cover with water and soak overnight. Drain beans. Mix rest of ingredients with the beans and put in crock pot.

    2. Cook on high for 2 hours, then on low for 8 hours.
