This perfectly-seasoned baked chicken recipe is simple yet full of robust, wholesome flavor. Whether its wings, breasts, thighs or legs, you can rest assured that each savory piece will be mouthwatering. To make a gravy, just use the remaining flour mix with chicken grease.



    1. Mix all ingredients except chicken together in a plastic bag. Trim chicken of excess fat and remove skins, if desired. Wet chicken, using water, milk or egg. Place one piece of chicken in bag and shake until coated. Repeat until all chicken is seasoned.

    2. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees until tender and browned, about 40 to 50 minutes or until internal temp of 165.

    Use remaining flour mix to make gravy.
