Herbed Baked Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Paprika
2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op Herbes de Provence
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup flake cereal (flaked bran cereal works well)
1 cup panko or regular bread crumbs
1 pound chicken strips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Into a shallow pan, pour buttermilk.
- In a separate shallow pan or bowl, add paprika, Herbes de Provence, Parmesan chesse, flake cereal and bread crumbs, and mix. Dip chicken strips first in buttermilk then in crumb mixture; place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on size of strips. Check for doneness. Chicken strips will come out crunchy and golden red-brown!
