These quick and easy grilled shrimp skewers feature buttery and garlicky notes with an herbaceous mix of thyme and rosemary, all thanks to our Buttery Herb Dry Rub.

Ingredients
- 1 pound extra-large shrimp (about 28-30 count)
- 2 tablespoons neutral, high-heat oil
- 2 tablespoons Frontier Co-opĀ® Buttery Herb Dry Rub
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, for serving
- Fresh parsley, for serving (optional)
- Wooden skewers, soaked
Directions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp and oil, tossing to coat. Add Buttery Herb Dry Rub and toss again until well coated.
- Lightly oil grill grates and preheat grill to medium. String shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill skewers on each side for 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Serve with a squeeze of lime juice and fresh parsley.
- For deeper flavor, refrigerate seasoned shrimp for 1 to 4 hours before cooking.
