These quick and easy grilled shrimp skewers feature buttery and garlicky notes with an herbaceous mix of thyme and rosemary, all thanks to our Buttery Herb Dry Rub.

  • 1 pound extra-large shrimp (about 28-30 count)
  • 2 tablespoons neutral, high-heat oil
  • 2 tablespoons Frontier Co-op® Buttery Herb Dry Rub
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for serving (optional)
  • Wooden skewers, soaked


  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp and oil, tossing to coat. Add Buttery Herb Dry Rub and toss again until well coated.
  2. Lightly oil grill grates and preheat grill to medium. String shrimp onto skewers.
  3. Grill skewers on each side for 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp is cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. Serve with a squeeze of lime juice and fresh parsley.
