Make this portable, wholesome chia breakfast bowl for on-the-go mornings. The so-called "superfoods" in this recipe -- chia seed, goji berries, walnuts and fresh berries -- live up to their name, with fiber, protein and other nutrients you need to start your day right.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Frontier Co-op® Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op® Goji Berries
- 1 cup coconut milk (or any nut milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon raw walnut pieces
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup mixed dark berries (frozen or fresh)
Directions
- Serve with fresh berries.
- Mix all the ingredients except dark berries in a glass jar with a lid (or other airtight container) and let it sit. Stir again in 15 minutes, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
