

Salt and Vinegar Potato Wedges

These tender-crisp oven potato wedges get the tang of vinegar, the balance of sea salt and a pinch of garlic from one expertly crafted seasoning.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon (approximate) neutral cooking oil, for coating tray and wedges
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 teaspoon water
- 2 russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
- 2 teaspoons Frontier Co-opĀ® Salt & Vinegar Wing Seasoning
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and lightly spray or coat with oil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk or beat egg white and water for about 2 minutes until light and foamy.
- Toss potato wedges in egg white mixture until well coated, then place on sheet tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip over and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle wedges with enough oil to coat, and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Sprinkle Salt and Vinegar Wing Seasoning over wedges, toss again and serve.
