  1. Wrap tofu block in paper towels and place a heavy object on top (a cast iron skillet works well) for 30 minutes to press out moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, crumble tofu into tiny bits with your fingers. Add nutritional yeast, turmeric, chili powder, salt, garlic powder, cumin and cayenne, and stir until well coated.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add and tofu mixture and stir frequently until warmed.
  4. Spoon scrambled tofu into tortillas, and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
