BOURBON CARAMEL SAUCE
A sweet-but-savory caramel sauce designed for meats, featuring perfectly balanced flavors of Bourbon, Dijon and pure vanilla extract. This sauce goes great on ribs, New York strip steak, chicken breast and salmon. We paired this sauce with smoked pork chops and poured the sauce over the chops fresh off the grill. Delicious!

Ingredients
4 tablespoons (½ stick) butter
½ cup onion, finely diced
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Bourbon
1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
- In a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; add onions and cook for 5 minutes, until onions are fragrant and translucent.
- Reduce heat, whisk in brown sugar and cook, whisking, for 2 minutes.
- Add Dijon, Bourbon and vanilla, whisking continuously, until sauce is combined and warmed through.
- Remove from heat and pour over your favorite protein before serving.
RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE GLAZE
A stunningly tasty glaze that’s delicious on chicken, pork and salmon. Works equally well as a grilling sauce, marinade and finishing glaze. Don’t stop at the grill, though — use it on meats for oven baking and sheet pan dinners, too!

Ingredients
2 cups frozen raspberries, thawed
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Chipotle Powder
½ teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Onion Granules
½ teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Sea or Himalayan Pink Salt
Directions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
Chef Suggestions:
Brush glaze on while grilling meat (chicken breast, pork loin, salmon).
Marinate pork ribs in glaze.
Use glaze as finishing sauce.
GRILLED FRUIT KABOBS
Juicy grilled mango and pineapple kabobs with an amazing sweet-savory glaze that complements our pure vanilla extract with sweet-smoky chili peppers. A fun and interactive fruit kabob recipe that can get the whole family involved.

Ingredients
¾ cup brown sugar
⅛ cup hot water
¼ teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Sea or Himalayan Pink Salt
½ teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Crushed Aleppo Chili Peppers
½ teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Chili Powder
1 pineapple, peeled and cut into cubes to fit skewers
2 mangos, cut into cubes to fit skewers
Directions
- If using wooden skewers, soak as directed on package to avoid burning. Preheat grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, add brown sugar, hot water, salt, vanilla extract, Aleppo pepper and chili powder, stirring well to combine; set aside.
- Slide pineapple and mango cubes onto skewers.
- Onto a large plate, pour half of the glaze, and roll skewers in glaze to coat.
- Transfer skewers to grill; brush with remaining glaze while cooking.
- Cook skewers for 7 to 10 minutes, until browned and caramelized.
