Directions
Substitute 3/4 tsp. of minced garlic for each fresh garlic clove required by your recipe. May be added directly to food or rehydrated by soaking in cool water for 30 minutes. Store in a dry place to prevent clumping.Suggested Uses
Dried minced garlic is great for dry rub and seasoning mixes, in soups, pasta sauces, and curries, and in any dish containing liquid that helps rehydrate it.
