Tomato Powder, Organic Black Bean Flakes (Organic Black Beans, Salt), Onion, Paprika, Garlic, Sea Salt, Chili Peppers (contains Silicon Dioxide, an anti-caking agent), Cumin, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Rice Concentrate, Black Pepper, Organic Cilantro, Natural Flavor (Natural Flavor, Salt, Sunflower Oil).
Directions
In a medium (4-6 quart) stock pot, add 5 cups water and whisk in 1 cup soup mix. Bring to a boil. Add 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed), 2 cups cooked shredded chicken and 1 cup corn. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips. (This amount makes 4-6 servings.)Suggested Uses
