Sweet, tart and made with wholesome ingredients, these frozen raspberry yogurt bites come together quickly. Use frozen raspberries in the winter (makes a festively pink alternative to candy on Valentine's Day) and fresh, in-season raspberries for a delightful chilled treat during warm summer months.
Ice cube tray or silicone mold
1. In a large bowl, mash the raspberries with a fork. Add the yogurt, raspberry flavor, vanilla extract and honey to the mashed raspberries. Whisk the ingredients together.
2. Spoon the yogurt into an ice cube tray or silicone mold. Place tray in freezer for 2 to 3 hours, until the yogurt is completely frozen.
3. Remove the bites and serve. Keep the bites in a freezer-safe container for up to three months.
Makes 12 bites (depending on size of mold or ice cube tray)
