Spicy Grilled Steak

Amp up your grilled steak with the robust, aromatic spices paprika, sage, cayenne and black pepper. This flavor combination adds a zesty, fiery bite to your steak without added sauce or marinades.


  • 2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op Ground Paprika

  • 3/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Ground Sage

  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Cayenne Chili Pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Black Pepper

  • 1 clove garlic, cut in half

  • 4 sirloin tip steaks, about 6 ounces each


    1. Prepare grill or broiler.

    2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub cut side of garlic over both sides of steaks. Rub spice mixture into both sides of meat. Grill or broil steaks 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium-done meat.
