Ingredients
- ¾ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ¾ teaspoons Sea Salt regular 5# pkg.
- ¾ cups Cacao Nibs FairTrade Organic
- ¼ cups Cocoa Powder Org Non-Alkalizd
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon Ground,Ceylon Org FTC
- ½ cups Cane Sugar, Organic 5# FT
- 1 VANILLA BEANS FT ORG 1/4LB
- 1½ sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cups almonds
- ¾ cups brown sugar
Directions

1.) Using a stand mixer, in a medium mixing bowl beat softened butter until smooth.2.) Add sugars and mix until well blended. Add egg and mix well.3.) Slowly add remaining ingredients, mixing until thoroughly combined.4.) Shape rounded tablespoons of dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.5.) Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
