1 tablespoon sea salt

1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op Black Pepper

1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op Chili Powder

1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op Garlic Granules

1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op Cumin Seed

1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Smoked Paprika

2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op Korintje Cinnamon

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 medium sweet potatoes (either purple or orange)

1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
1. In a small mixing bowl, measure sea salt, spices and brown sugar; mix with fork and set aside.
2. Scrub and pat dry sweet potatoes, then slice into thin rounds.
3. In a large mixing bowl, toss together sweet potato rounds, olive oil and seasoning mix until slices are well coated.
4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
5. Lay out potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 12 minutes, rotating baking sheet and turning potatoes halfway through. Remove when crispy, watching carefully that they don't burn.
Makes approximately 2 cups of chips. Store in an airtight container.
