Chia and Goji Breakfast Bowl

- 3 teaspoons Frontier Co-op Chia Seed, Whole, Organic
- 1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Goji (Lycii) Berries (Gou Qi Zi), Whole 1 lb.
- 1 cup coconut milk (or any nut milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon raw walnuts
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/3 cup mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
1. Mix all the ingredients except berries in a glass jar with a lid (or other airtight container) and let it sit. Stir again in 15 minutes, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Serve with fresh berries.
