Ingredients
-
2 pounds chicken wings
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
1/4 cup onion, minced
-
3 tablespoons tomato paste
-
2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op® Ground Cumin Seed
-
2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op® Ground Ginger Root
-
1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Chili Powder
-
1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Ground Turmeric Root
-
1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Ground Coriander Seed
-
1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Sea Salt
-
Cilantro, for serving
Directions
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Add olive oil, minced onion, tomato paste and spices. Stir and toss until wings are well coated.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread wings into a single layer and bake for about 45 to 50 minutes, until crisp and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve.
RECIPE TIP:
If you cannot find wings already separated, you can buy the wings that are still together. If you do this, remove the tip and separate the drummette from the wing.
