Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Organic Turmeric Twist Daily Blend

1 pinch Frontier Co-op Table Grind Sea Salt

1 cup filtered water or coconut water

1/2 lemon’s worth of juice

2 teaspoons honey
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil, whisking well. Let cook for 2 minutes then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Line a strainer with 2 to 3 layers of cheesecloth and pass liquid through. Pour liquid into a glass and garnish with an extra slice of lemon.
RECIPE TIP:
To keep it vegan, use maple syrup in place of the honey.
