Packed with a banana, your favorite nut butter of choice, chocolate protein powder and moringa, this chocolate smoothie is creamy and decadent and just what you need to get you out of bed. A couple teaspoons of Moringa transform this smoothie into a nutritious breakfast or snack. Incredibly easy to put together — all you need are a few ingredients and just a couple minutes, making it perfect for busy mornings. The banana and protein powder make sure to keep you full. Use your favorite plant-based milk, and for the ultimate indulgence, top with a spoonful of plant-based whipped cream and some chocolate shavings.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder of choice

    1 banana

    1 cup plant-based milk (we recommend hemp milk for this recipe)

    2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op Moringa Powder

    Ice cubes

    1 tablespoon almond or cashew butter (optional, for extra creaminess)

    1 tablespoon plant-based whipped cream (optional)

Directions

    In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
