Ingredients

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 cup fresh kale with stems, washed and chopped

1/2 medium avocado, peeled

2 cups filtered water or coconut water

2 tablespoons coconut butter or 3 tablespoons shredded coconut

1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Organic, Fair Trade Turmeric
Directions
1. In blender, combine all ingredients. Pulse for about 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
2. Sprinkle turmeric on top and serve chilled.
