Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon FT Turmeric Root Ground Org
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup fresh kale with stems, washed and chopped
- 1/2 medium avocado, peeled
- 2 cups filtered water or coconut water
- 2 tablespoons coconut butter or 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
Directions

1. In blender, combine all ingredients. Pulse for about 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
2. Sprinkle turmeric on top and serve chilled.
