A refreshing kale smoothie featuring a creamy consistency from avocado and coconut, a tropical flavor from sweet mango and a touch of organic turmeric.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon FT Turmeric Root Ground Org
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup fresh kale with stems, washed and chopped
  • 1/2 medium avocado, peeled
  • 2 cups filtered water or coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter or 3 tablespoons shredded coconut

Directions

    1. In blender, combine all ingredients. Pulse for about 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.

    2. Sprinkle turmeric on top and serve chilled.
