Chicken Salad Sandwich with Salt & Vinegar Nutritional Yeast

We changed up this classic chicken salad sandwich recipe with a savory and tangy bite from our Himalayan Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar Nutritional Yeast. And designed it for the perfect lunch made easy using precooked chicken.


  • 16 ounces shredded cooked rotisserie chicken

    2 celery stalks, minced (about 2/3 cup minced)

    5 green onions (about 1/2 cup minced)

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    4 teaspoons Himalayan Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar Nutritional Yeast

    2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op Dried Parsley

    1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Ground Black Pepper

    8 pieces whole-grain bread

    8 to 12 pieces lettuce


    1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery and green onions. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, nutritional yeast, parsley and black pepper. Add to bowl with chicken and stir to combine.
    2. Divide lettuce onto four pieces of bread and top evenly with chicken salad. Top with remaining slices of bread, and serve.
