Ingredients

16 ounces shredded cooked rotisserie chicken
2 celery stalks, minced (about 2/3 cup minced)
5 green onions (about 1/2 cup minced)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons Frontier Co-op® Himalayan Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar Nutritional Yeast
2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op® Parsley Leaf Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Ground Black Pepper
8 pieces whole-grain bread
8 to 12 pieces lettuce
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery and green onions. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, nutritional yeast, parsley and black pepper. Add to bowl with chicken and stir to combine.
- Divide lettuce onto four pieces of bread and top evenly with chicken salad. Top with remaining slices of bread, and serve.
