Ingredients

1 large onion

1 stalk celery, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Garlic 'n Herb Seasoning

1 can (28 ounces) whole tomatoes

1 cup cream or milk
Directions
1. In a soup pot, sauté onions and celery in oil and butter. Add Garlic & Herb Seasoning and stir for one more minute.
2. In a blender on low speed, add tomatoes (with liquid) and cream or milk. Blend until smooth, then add back to pot.
3. Heat gently over low heat until hot. Serve with crusty bread or homemade croutons.
