Baked Chicken Pieces with Paprika

Ingredients

FOR COATING:
1 tablespoon Frontier Co-op Poultry Seasoning
2 teaspoons Frontier Co-op Ground Paprika
1/8 teaspoon Frontier Co-op Garlic Powder
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
FOR CHICKEN:
Some water, milk, or egg to moisten chicken
3 pounds chicken pieces
Directions
1. In a resealable bag or container, mix all coating ingredients. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Trim chicken of excess fat and remove skins, if desired. Wet chicken, using water, milk or egg.
3. Place one piece of chicken in bag, close bag and shake until coated. Repeat until all chicken is seasoned.
4. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 40 to 50 minutes until tender and browned, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
RECIPE TIPS:
To make a gravy, combine the remaining flour mix with the chicken drippings.
