

Cheesy Party Potatoes

This classic mid-western dish is a welcome sight and delight at any function. It truly isn’t a party without these. But no canned soup here — our party potatoes recipe uses our cheddar soup base, and by adding three additional ingredients you have an instantly crowd-pleasing comfort food.

Ingredients
- 1 package Frontier Co-op® Broccoli Cheddar Soup Mix
- 3 cups water
- 1 bag (28 ounces) frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a 4-quart (or larger) pot, whisk together Broccoli Cheddar Soup Mix and water.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat; add hashbrowns and sour cream, stirring until combined.
- Grease a 9-x-13-inch baking dish, and pour in potato mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and cover with foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- For an extra-hearty dish, garnish with crispy bacon and chopped green onions.
