Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Frontier Co-op® Goji Berries
- 1 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Pure Vitamin C Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Cardamom Seed Powder
- 2 cups full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 cups frozen mango
Directions
- In blender, combine hydrated berries with remaining ingredients. Blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
- Place goji berries in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to soak for 10 minutes, then drain.
