Ingredients
- 1½ sticks unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cups Frontier Co-op® Cane Sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- ¾ teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Baking Soda
- ¾ teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Sea Salt
- ¾ cup Frontier Co-op® Cacao Nibs
- ¼ cup Frontier Co-op® Cocoa Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Frontier Co-op® Vanilla Bean
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup almonds
Directions
- Using a stand mixer, in a medium mixing bowl beat softened butter until smooth.
- Add sugars and mix until well blended. Add egg and mix well.
- Cut vanilla bean in half and scoop out the inside into the mixing bowl. Slowly add remaining ingredients, mixing until thoroughly combined.
- Shape rounded tablespoons of dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
