This easy holiday side highlights beautiful fall produce tossed in our lemony Garlic ‘N Herb seasoning. Perfect as a side dish with Turkey or Ham.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Frontier Co-op® Garlic 'N Herb Seasoning
- 2 pounds mixed cubed vegetables: sweet potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts, parsnips, rutabagas and/or celeriac
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon Frontier Co-op® Sea Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- Prepare the vegetables: For sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips, rutabagas and celeriac, peel and cut into ½-inch cubes. For Brussels sprouts, halve smaller Brussels or quarter larger Brussels. Place all vegetables on sheet tray and toss with olive oil, the Garlic 'N Herb Seasoning and salt.
- Place in oven and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until vegetables are tender and browning. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
